How we use your information

Last updated 14 October 2026

Who we are

WDL Windows Doors London is a trading name of Pro Building Contractors Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 08155878, registered office: 6 Reynard Way, Brentford TW8 9GF. We are the controller of the personal data described here and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Contact for anything about your data: sales@windowsdoorslondon.co.uk, 020 3151 5177, or by post to the address above.

If you wrote to us or used the quote form

We use your name, email, phone number, postcode and the details of your project to answer your enquiry, prepare a drawing and a price, and, if you go ahead, to survey, supply and fit. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.

If you received a letter from us

We wrote to you because a planning application for your property was published on a local council's public planning register. From that register we take the site address, the application reference and description, and sometimes the applicant's name. We use it to send one letter about windows and doors that may suit the approved or proposed works.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in telling homeowners about a relevant service by post. We think this is reasonable because the information is already public, the letter relates directly to the works in the application, and you can stop it at any time. We do not email or phone private individuals from this information and we do not buy or sell mailing lists.

If you do not want to hear from us, email sales@windowsdoorslondon.co.uk with the address, or call us. We will add the address to a short do-not-contact list so it is not written to again.

Who sees your information

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it (including any marketing, which we will always stop), or ask us to restrict how we use it. Write to us using the details above; we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

This website

The site does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you; it records pages viewed, the referring page and an approximate country. If you arrive from one of our letters, the letter reference in the web address is passed with your enquiry so we know which mailing reached you. Fonts and scripts are served from our own host. If you send the quote form, its content passes through Web3Forms to our inbox.
